- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA infringement notice, we will take appropriate actions, which may include the removal or disabling of access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may result in legal liability. Therefore, if you are unsure whether the material infringes your copyright, we recommend that you seek legal advice before proceeding with any notification.

We encourage all users to respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your content has been mistakenly removed or disabled due to a misidentification or error, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent, provided with the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Mi-Apk.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order against the allegedly infringing user.
Please note that we may share your notification or counter-notification with the user who provided the allegedly infringing content.
